Old outdated equipment that often misses the "precision" mark. Disorganized and complete disarray of production management. Lack of clear cut leadership. 60-70 hour work weeks, making up for constant mistakes during production. Racing from one self induced crisis to the next as each deadline approaches. Low payscale for the amount of skills required. Employee Owned is nothing more than profit/loss sharing.
