Svantaggi
This company consistently makes bad and discriminatory hiring decisions and does not support their frontline workers. If you have any kind of disability this is not the place for you. They will both exploit that disability and use it against you any chance they get. Leadership is totally broken at all levels and they are wholly unsupportive of their workers. They'll interview you for roles you'll never get to help shield themselves from discrimination lawsuits (nice try). Frontline support staff are barely treated like people. Wages are capped, internal advancement is non-existent, they're not invited to parties or company gatherings, and are generally asked to work long hours for events no one in administration would agree to. Fooda clients also get to ask for anything they want from Fooda employees even if it's outside of their normal scheduled work or responsibilities. Fooda the company is operated under such small margins that they're afraid and unwilling to push back against any client requests or bad behavior. The inequality doesn't stop with admin and frontline staff either. Some frontline workers get away with with absolute murder, constant excuses for calling off, showing up late or not at all, not getting the work done, and refusing to work certain shifts with no consequences. While others who are responsible and get their work done are constantly under the microscope or on the chopping block.
