      If you are passionate about footwear it would be a nice fit for you. Employee Discount is 30% off and is applicable to most items. As store manager I wasn't micro managed by my district manager.

      Promotions often given out just because candidates were friends, or buddy buddy with superior, rather that given on merit. Not loyal to employees. Retail Hours are a downside. Manager is expected to work 55-60 hours.during peak season. The labor hours given to divide in your store won't always meet the demand forcing the manager to either exceed hours allowance or work the extra hours himself. My district manager was also not the best. Didn't really drive results or impact district in a positive way. She was absentee. I worked for Footlocker for 10 years. I was terminated for bag checking a minor who actually stole store merchandise.
