In my experience, the workplace felt poorly managed, the remuneration offered did not seem adequate given the workload expected of staff, and concerns raised were rarely addressed in a meaningful way

Never stand still, listen to feedback and ideas and always keen to improve. Never seen an organisation move so quickly. Good opportunities for promotion good training and feel supported

Always busy with lots of work, however at least know making a difference
