Small teams - This means theres never a shortage of work to go around, some time too much but a great proving ground for learning the in's and outs of a position in the 401K industry or building on the experience you have. Noncompetitive pay - Its a start up so the pay to work ratio isn't what I would call competitive because at larger companies within this industry they have much larger teams and much more capital for wages so you're able to work less and make more but in time this may change.
