      On site management seems to have their own internal issues that influence the way they work, who they listen to, and who they promote. Is more interested in creating drama then having a team that comes in, does a good job and goes home

      Graphic designers here often get healthcare benefits. The workers on the factory floor are wonderful, hardworking and kind individuals.

      Barely any training, brutally miniscule raises (even for top performers), bad pay (when I started working I had 3 years of experience and a 4-year degree and still only got $18 an hour) and an incredibly secretive working environment.
