The company hasn't brought any new clients for years now, so employees are being asked to leave after putting in years of hard work and taking the startup from the beginning to where it is today. Leadership, both manager and team leads, are not good and have no idea how to groom talent or hold them accountable for their performance in a respectful way. Like other toxic companies, you are expected to follow pointless values for the sake of culture even though you're constantly scolded for every mistake you make on Slack, in 1:1 calls, and team calls in front of your colleagues. You will learn and grow much more by joining elsewhere. Don't even think of joining for an internship; you would be wasting your time.
