What I like most is the confidence & trust given to everyone. I am encouraged to take initiative, share my ideas, and even lead when opportunities come up. The mentors and seniors are very supportive. They guide you, listen to your views, and give you the confidence to speak up. My communication skills and confidence have improved a lot since I joined Force Intellect Overall, it is a meaningful journey filled with opportunities to learn, challenge myself and grow
