Mrs. Ford likes to challenge and bring out the best in her employees and she tries to stay involved in every department. stay honest and work hard and there is potential for growth in some departments.

Communication. The head of my department was not transparent with owners or teammates, and allowed the constant bullying of other teammates making a very uncomfortable environment. It was no team at all.
