Management is unorganized. I never knew what I was doing the next week until the previous Thursday or Friday, even if it included out of town tasks. Very corporate and felt micromanaged. You sign in/out of the building just to show management that you're there. You'd think this also works as a time clock, but no. Every hourly employee has to log what they did every single day in 15 minute increments on a timesheet. This is how you're paid! Dated Unix-based system for everything, they're proud of it because the founder wrote the code. It's actually a joke working on it and so much better software on the market. On-boarding literally took months.
