Everything else. Computer systems from the late Jurassic period, a tyrannical CEO, a President who only cares about Engineers, Executive leadership with no real qualifications other than being friends or children of the owners. This is the Mickey Mouse Club attempting to run a business. Deceptive hiring practices, abusive CEO, no structured review and merit increase schedule, if you ask for a review and raise you'll get fired, compensation is so far below standard it's laughable (max of 120K for Sr Project Mgr with PMP is a kick to the groin), and you only receive full profit sharing on a rolling 7-year wait period - no one in their right mind or with actual skills can stand the organization long enough to receive these so the CEO pockets the money. This place is a train wreck with abusive and discriminatory staff, policies, and practices.
