Company in my experience was always stable and you never had to worry about losing your job. Though this may depend on which office location you are at (some have more sales than others in their area). Not to say you won't have plenty of work but you may have to travel for it if your territory is slow. Can be a benefit if you like to travel. They also are big on promoting within. If you stay loyal to company, they will treat you well and promotions will come. Easy clear path of career advancement.
