      We agree that our benefits are very good and are pleased that employee premiums have not seen an increase in four years. We are supportive of all employees in every stage of their development at Ford.

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
