Hours are very flexible and management is chill

Too many girls in position so part time is the only option

there are none except for meeting and developing a relationship with the members

no work/life balance; pay is low for a 50+ hour work week; no PTO for 1 year (except 2 floating holidays), only holidays that are paid off are Christmas and not even sure about Thanksgiving. The owners expect you to sell so much and the product is dismal at best; members and staff don't see any money being put back into the club. Now on job search; working at this club is actually hurting me as my credentials don't mean much to other more prestigious clubs
