Everyone at ForeFront is extremely talented, contributing equitably across roles and seniority. Definitely an environment where you need to pull your weight, but expectations are clear on what is required. Frequent recognition for efforts, and strong culture of providing feedback in a productive manner. Relatively fair compensation in line with goals set and company performance. Senior management is engaged at all levels of business, and junior/entry level employees have a lot of transparency and exposure to the company operations from day 1. Inclusivity is given, and there's zero tolerance for rudeness, bullying, harassment, etc. ForeFront actually practices their values. I have felt consistently supported in terms of continuing education/skill development, project resources, and individual needs. Staffing and growth is conservative, but with the benefit of stability and predictability as a result. They prefer to grow talent internally and there are always opportunities to move vertically and/or horizontally depending on your aptitudes and desires. The campus has multiple offices and appropriate spaces for the different types of employees who work onsite, as well as being close to a few restaurants, cafes, dentists, doctors, etc. Desks are sit/stand, Herman Miller seating—quality stuff. If you have to travel for client visits, they cover travel expenses and book great accommodations for extended stays. ForeFront also covers travel for remote employees visiting for events or otherwise. At least two all-company events per year. I always feel I have a good sense of the company's direction after these events.

Work computers and peripherals are good, not great, considering the current demands of programs/applications. Growth can feel slow with compensation rarely addressed outside of the annual interval. More can be done to encourage work-life balance digitally/remotely.
