Vantaggi
The company has a solid branding and marketing strategy in place and will most likely continue to capitalize on it for a few more years to come.
Svantaggi
1. The Usability Auditing department is run by a ideologue who will sell you on the Foresee "start-up mentality" and interests in outside contributions when in fact, after training is complete, you are expected to adhere to the tightly regulated Foresee doctrines without question. 2. Horrible inter-departmental communications. Every team stakes out their territory and communication breakdowns affect the already low morale at the workplace. 3. Foresee spins a great story around its methodology, often referring to a professor’s research in a veiled attempt to align them with academia. Their methods, while impressive, are not based on University of Michigan research, but sales grapple meant to entice customers by making an academic connection. It’s a clever farce. 4. There is a rigid hierarchy in play: The sales teams are the big kids on the block with all the toys, whereas anyone else is basically there to support them. If you’re in sales, you’ll love ForSee!
