Forefront is truly a special place to work. The company places a large emphasis on its people and it shows through its bright, hardworking, generous, and caring team. I gained a wonderful mentor and lots of friends, all while learning a tremendous amount at Forefront. The company benefits are also top tier and the work life balance is great. I would recommend this company to someone who enjoys being challenged and also has a creative / entrepreneurial spirit.

Forefront is a tight-knit group of smart, hardworking people who genuinely care about one another and the success of the agency. Managing partners, Mark and Eric, actively consider the well-being and professional development of their employees and make sure each team member is getting the attention and support they need. With team leaders deeply entrenched in the capital markets/fintech space, the junior staff, who may not have an academic or professional background in finance, greatly benefit from the knowledge and experience of senior team members. Everyone is willing to explain complex financial concepts and welcomes any questions. Forefront allows for a great work-life balance. Though there may be some nights or weekend work, management is understanding of long commutes and personal obligations and allow for flexibility when needed. Junior staff is given responsibility from the start and management trusts their employees to get the job done correctly and at the highest level. There are plenty of opportunities to grow at Forefront and management allows you to take control of your career trajectory. They enthusiastically support (and pay for) any extra classes, certifications or programs you want to take. Entrepreneurship, hard work and attention to detail are highly valued and rewarded accordingly.

As with any small team (and a successful one like Forefront), there are times when client work can be overwhelming and more hands are needed than available.
