The org. also provides a lot of useful services for the sector and does great policy and advocacy work.

Forefront has struggled with structural deficits and has notable budget challenges that leadership is not upfront about. There is serious turnover/a lack of stability, and executive leadership seem to lean on dismissing staff rather than addressing underlying/structural issues that have lingered for years.
