Good pace of work, healthy work life balance, interesting work.

Not the most organized workplace.

The company gives opportunities to newcomers. Timely payments of salary. People are nice. Company thinks it’s employees as a family.

Very old school company. The name is Foreseen Technology but it has nothing as any current tech companies. The process is too old, too much dependent on paper and old way of working with less digitalization. The company has to work a lot to make it technologically advance m, how current post-pandemic technology companies are like. There is no WFH. Daily Time-in and time-out is like old companies and if you come late then there is a process which you have to follow in order to get your lost pay. Managers and Snr. Leadership is also very old school, orthodox and less flexible. Too much micromanagement which can annoy team members. Foreseeson is good to start your career but there is no long term growth opportunities here. One has to leave if one has to grow in the career.
