The team is full of incredibly smart people. Lots of opportunities to grow. People have tons of respect for work life balance. Company is constantly changing, which could be seen as a con, but it's because they're always trying to be better.

Fluctuations in workload depending on what team you're on and what time of year it is.

Everyone is so welcoming and easy to work with. The work is very interesting and always changing which allows for more continued growth. The management team truly cares about all their employees and wants to see the succeed in their career and in life. We have regular check ins with our team and management to make sure that everything is going well. Lots of events/activities to have time to spend with your coworkers. I truly can't think of a better place to work!

Lots of remote work, usually only in the office 1 day a week but there are some employees who go in more often which is always an option. There are also times when you have to work more hours to meet deadlines, but then there are times where your weeks are lighter, so there's a balance.
