Many examples of poor personnel and management skills by upper management resulting in good employees leaving including head of HR and some being fired for reasons that left the organization vulnerable to litigation. No real commitment to diversity. High turnover. Good place to work if you are friends with key upper management--very cliquish. Very Mean Girls.
