There is an open door policy when you need assistance. I can always ask for help when needed and management is also open to any and all feedback. There is a ton of humility within the organization and everyone here wants to see the company to continue to scale! We are a start up so if you come from a larger corporation where resources are limitless (ex: marketing material, company is well known if you cold call a company, etc.), please keep in mind that the organization is still growing but the team members are willing to work extra hard to get us the resources we need to succeed and they are working very hard on getting the companies brand out to market.
