Environment of fear: constant messages about what not to do, very strict breaks, 30 minute lunch, cameras everywhere and security bag checks as you leave (even for Corporate). No benefits for first 3 months, no paid time off until you've been there for 6 months! Severely underpays employees, no good system in place to promote the high-performing employees, so the "good ones" end up leaving.
