      Surrounded by cute clothes, and get to see all the new shipments come in Always something to do Being assistant manager was fun (being an associate wouldn't be much fun)

      30 minute lunch breaks (needs to be 1 hr!) Never enough hours to give to associates/not enough floor coverage Getting out at 12am (2am during holiday season) Dealing with customers... the ones that are rude Ridiculous amounts of go-backs each night
