Company direction is unclear. Lots of smart hard working people want to make a difference and have an impact, but they aren’t sure how. Very top heavy. Lots of talk about the work, not as much actually doing the work. When projects and tasks were eventually defined, leadership and stakeholders were constant bottlenecks for many months at a time. They write good job descriptions and interview well, but several people left less than a year in because expectation did not match reality. Many wish they had known this earlier. Losing a lot of talent right now. Lots of executives offloading shares.
