Excellent Talent 'n Culture (HR) team. Stays up to date on pay and benefits and is proactive about it. Great Sales team, brings in a lot of revenue. Friendly colleagues (for the most part). Mentorship programme. Macbook provided, benefits if you're in the US, Hackathons, Company retreats every year.

Svantaggi

Engineering department lacking staff / high turnover / slow process to replace team members. No MVP for new products, so there's missed deadlines (not really Agile). No QA lead/or direction, too many code paths, so a LOT of bugs. Buggy product, with a lot of 3rd party integrations. Contractor setup (if you're international) - FA Accounting team can be unhelpful when there's reimbursement hiccups. Logistics of getting/ returning laptops can be tricky, when folks are unhelpful when there's issues. Mentorship programme is not structured, so if you've a busy mentor, it can be a disaster. Daily annoyances (e.g. Security trying to phish you etc.) Endless "1st week of employment at a corporation" types of training.

I really loved my time at FormAssembly. The people, the culture, and the leadership is driven by empathy and understanding. The work is hard, and there is often a lot of crunch - but management takes feedback and strives to do better. It's a company that really does learn from it's past decision making, and strives to do better. It's a great place to work.

Svantaggi

Smaller companies run tight ships - there isn't a lot of room to skate by, and the people here work hard.

I loved my time at FormAssembly. The culture is amazing, and the leaders really care about your development, professionally and personally. I always felt like I had the support I needed to perform my role, and the camaraderie built by the CSM team was amazing. Working with customers was fun and rewarding. There's genuinely nothing negative to say about the culture and team at FormAssembly.

Svantaggi

The only slight downside was the compensation. I felt it was a bit below the average for the role, however, there were opportunities to grow and to move into other roles. Movement, within the organization was encouraged, and I always felt supported when I voiced any concerns. These growth opportunities were just beginning when I left the team.
