Welcoming team ready to support new talent - Recensione dipendente - Intern presso FormFactor

I've joined the newest location for FormFactor in Farmers Branch, TX. Everyone here is extremely helpful and seem excited to be part of the start-up team. There aren't big egos floating around the hallways which is pretty refreshing for a tech environment. I've collaborated with employees from our other locations and they are very nice/helpful too. The work is interesting and the pay and benefits are good compared to a lot of other employers in this area.

A lot of meetings for things that could be an email.

4/3 Compressed Work week allowed us to have every other week 4 days off

Training process lacked structure and clear measurable testing that demonstrated employee actually knew the new skills that was required.
