Its definitely not the best of employers but work wise and the technologies that are used at Formac are very latest and the founders are very Tech from returned from US and are IITans, their expectations are high and we used enjoy working at Formac. Pay was decent.

Svantaggi

Other than Health Insurance, Paid Time off and occasional employee recognition awards nothing great was there regarding employee benefits. All colleagues are very knowledgeable.
