Managment/Directors USED to actively communicate with you on a level,listen to suggestions and be part of the team. Once was an engineering company now just another factory mass producing and paying as little as they can!! Seem to have lost that personal touch!!! Always looking to throw money at contractors not looking after permanent loyal employees. Blame culture!!
