On the last anonymous survey, all but two team members said they would recommend working at Formaspace, and 37 took the time to write out commendations of their colleagues, which makes a CEO's heart sing. 12 described Formaspace as "a world class company" which I also thought was cool. We did have some moderate conflict between managers in the past, but we addressed the issue, and I would challenge anyone to find gaps between the management team today. In terms of whether I am systematically optimistic, I would love to embrace that criticism, but I think that a wise reader might discern that label might have a little bit more to do with the reviewer's attitude than than with mine. The last thing I would say as a business owner is that if you are so unhappy and you actually do work here, I encourage you to find something that you enjoy and find more rewarding. Life is too short to be so unhappy.
