Unfortunately, my experience at this company was overwhelmingly negative. I did not feel that reports of workplace sexual harassment were handled appropriately or taken seriously by management. Leadership consistently demonstrated a lack of support for employee well-being, development, and long-term success, and the organization often felt disorganized and poorly managed. Despite being established for several years, the company appears to struggle with operational stability and employee retention. The work environment frequently led to burnout, and employee concerns often felt dismissed rather than addressed constructively. Additionally, I observed behavior and workplace dynamics that I believe reflected discrimination and bias toward people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this workplace to others seeking a supportive, inclusive, and professionally managed environment.
