Easy, collaborative atmosphere and great leadership. Lots of smart strategists. Primary clients are mission driven, not for profits doing good in the world - so it feels better working hard, knowing you're trying to make a difference rather than just trying to make a buck.
Svantaggi
It's still in its first few (Formative!) years so some of the internal systems and processes haven't been formalized. While flexible and scrappy, it could be more efficient. It's in the process of getting there, though.
