The idea of the product and the problem to be solved is good. The support team/call staff are extremely hard-working and friendly. Nice office space in the city which is close to transport but this is not a technology company.

- Working from home is frowned upon by management, even at the most dangerous times in the pandemic. If you do work from home you are watched on camera by someone who asks where you are even when you have bathroom breaks or are on lunch.
- No development cycles. No projects were released which leads to demotivation and teams of people leaving.
- People are promoted for loyalty not based on skill or knowledge and it shows
- No calendars, no meeting schedules, no defined roadmap.
- Weird powerplay, unprofessional human resource
- High turnover of staff and projects which should take 3 weeks take years
