Love my boss and work with some great people.

Salary could be higher with how much we do.

Really nothing. Our companies were thrown together during a buy out and it has not gone well at all. Real management does not exist and instead we have very nasty people running things with large egos managing people they do not have business managing. Its a backstabbing environment here. Every decent coworker of mine has quit and those of us who remain are either trying to leave or others staying but are not qualified including those they are promoting into power and some really bad choices for new hires. Its a feeling of gloom and doom to wake up and work here each day and I dread every single call.

They lie to us employees. They lie to our clients by saying things that aren't reality. They talk trash about the doctors we work with. They talk trash about us employees and even talk trash about each other depending who's on the call.
