Horrible management from CEO to Director ..globally...Laakman the CEO of the company who seats in Germany dosent know what team he is having and how are they doing the work specially in India. Company is having lots of financial crisis. And you may get fired at any given point. Check companys history before joining. Low pay No motivation for your hard work. Diversity issue. Amateur communication of seniors.
