Vantaggi

I’ve been working here full-time, and honestly, it’s been one of the best experiences ever. The team is full of energy, super talented, and genuinely fun to work with. You get the real Bangalore startup vibe here — fast-paced, hands-on, and full of learning opportunities. The team is small, which means you actually get to work on things that matter and see your impact right away. You work closely with incredible people who are around your age and doing amazing things. It’s super inspiring to see people in their early 20s building such great products and ideas. Anirudh, the CEO, is one of the smartest people I’ve met — it’s hard to believe he’s just 23 with the kind of depth and experience he has. The other founders, from sales and operations, are also equally sharp, hardworking, and visionary. It’s an incredible learning experience just being around them. The work culture is intense but extremely rewarding. Everyone here works hard, supports each other, and genuinely believes in what they’re building. The office is beautiful, the pay is fair, and the overall vibe is very positive. Pros: Super talented and energetic team Real hands-on learning in both tech and sales Founders are brilliant and approachable Great culture and work environment Beautiful office and good compensation

Svantaggi

None really — just a very dynamic startup, so things move fast!

Vantaggi

None worth mentioning, unfortunately. It's a scam. Beware.

Svantaggi

To start with, the work culture is extremely toxic. There is no formal HR in place, which means there's no one to approach if you're feeling uncomfortable, overworked, or disrespected. The CEO, Anirudh Arun, is ego-driven and dismissive. He does not accept feedback well and is quick to retaliate if questioned. Professional disagreements are often met with personal attacks, which creates a hostile environment for open dialogue or growth. There is no work-life balance. You're expected to be in the office by 9:30 AM, but there's no defined time to leave. You might be sitting in the office for full night and still expected to be in the office by 10 AM. The culture discourages employees from voicing concerns about long hours — if you do, you're simply told to “finish the task by today,” no matter how late it gets. Meetings are frequent but unproductive, focused more on repetitive discussions than actionable implementation. Management lacks direction and planning. There’s little regard for employee well-being or morale. Decisions on employees' performance are rather personal than performance-based, reflecting extreme unprofessionalism and no regard for employees' hard work. To make matters worse, people are not paid on time, when I say not paid on time, I mean the period goes to as long as 2-3 months. I personally had to send numerous follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages just to receive what I was owed. The experience letter I finally received after repeated reminders, after I left the company, was vague, unprofessional, and lacked any acknowledgment of the actual work I did. The person responsible for handling salaries and issuing experience letters is the CPO, Harshavardhan. Unfortunately, he consistently procrastinates, ignores follow-ups, and shows little regard for completing employee-related tasks. When it comes to fulfilling internal responsibilities like processing payments or documents, he delays them endlessly, worsening the experience for those who have worked for the company. I also observed instances where the company overpromised deliverables to clients, which led to dissatisfaction and a loss of trust.
