They had a manufacturing plants in Roseville, CA and Reading, OH. Under one of the ownership groups a few years ago, they decided to close the California operation because of the high property values and the promise of immediate high profits on the sale of said real estate. This move hindered the company's ability to service the west coast in the same manner they had historically done for three decades.

Easy job on day to day tasks. But that’s only because management is severely lacking. Decent pay, company vehicle, typical benefits (health care, 401k, etc.)

Management structure with No direction, No focus or a real understanding of what influences end user buying decisions. They don’t even perform a basic market swat analysis to understand what they could be doing better. Why? Because we invented this stuff, and have been doing it for 110+ years do we know it all. Well then, enjoy your 30% market share there buddy.
