I very much appreciate that even after departing Formlabs you’re sharing your positive outlook on our products and company culture! Your critical feedback about the growing pains when scaling beyond the start-up phase I can relate to as well. I agree a vertical career growth path in the Sales team now is less evident as was the case during the start-up years, to foster our talent we’re making personal development and career growth paths integral parts of regular reviews. Growing up as a team sometimes also means to implement policies, to give everyone the chance to work from home occasionally, we decided to cap this benefit to a couple of days per month.
