We’re disappointed that you did not feel supported when raising concerns while working here. We of course always focus on conducting fair and comprehensive investigations into all challenges and complaints raised, take this work very seriously, and have a robust and well trained People team. In cases with employee concerns, we make recommendations that we believe are fair and we try to coach team members in areas where we see a need for improvement. We do not always get it right and we certainly won’t please everyone. It’s too bad that you felt the need to leave, but hopefully you are feeling happy and supported in your new environment.
