Good management communication, we are provided a lot of event details prior to our events and are often trained on new programs. I always get paid on time unlike most promo agencies. I worked the Grand Prix and had a blast, we we're well taken care of on site by management and knew what to expect before we worked. I haven't interacted with the office team much but the field staff are great, I also like that I have been contacted for some of their other clients with promo gig opportunities.

More events, sometimes last minutes events added but I like picking up the extra work
