Vantaggi
The only thing Forrester is consistently successful at doing is hiring very capable and very decent people who will do what they can to support you. If it were not for the people, it would be hard to justify not just quitting without a backup plan.
Svantaggi
Is it the worst place out there - no. But it's certainly not the best and I have a hard time recommending anyone to join the company, especially this year. The leadership team can't seem to rein in the CEO who's clearly having a meltdown. Return to office policies don't follow our own guidance to clients, nor are they based on any data that suggests office work will enable our employees. There are some positive reviews on here that indicate the new policy doesn't bother them and they still believe in the company but I would venture to guess that those employees have reached a certain level of seniority and salary that helps them justify their commitment. However, a policy like this is going to have a disproportionate affect on junior employees, people of color, women, and people who are neurodivergent. It's a shame because there really is a lot of potential here but like Forresterites will always say... we just can't seem to get out of our own way. The culture is becoming increasingly more toxic and everyone is drained.
