My colleagues are the brightest and most pleasant people l've worked with. They're a large part of the reason l've stayed on for so many years. The leaders that once made this a great place to work are long gone. The current executive team (which has seen a lot of changes and restructuring in the last two years) is increasingly detached from people on the ground. They've made mistakes on the product strategy, but are not open to acknowledging them, reassessing and changing course, even when clients give negative feedback and start leaving. In response to declining growth, some expense management measures taken include pausing merit pay increases and promotions (on and off, for 2 years now and clawing back of variable compensation that has ALWAYS been a steady source of income for hundreds of people in the company.
