A wonderful place to work, great staff, administration and residents

Short Staffed makes it hard

Nurses that are trying their best and kitchen staff who genuinely care about feeding the residents are the ray of hope of this place.

The facility is an unkind environment for both employees and residents. COVID really hit this place hard and low staff number takes it toll. There an expectation that you'll be willing to skip breaks, be at two places at once, and spend entire shifts (sometimes even beyond that) doing dishes in the unventilated dishroom. While the employees who work there are some of the hardest working people I knew while also trying to maintain their good vibes, a rare few were very acrid and actively hostile to others. Overall, It's not a good place to work or send your loved ones.
