My desk, access badge, computer etc. I could get to work right away. - Experienced people, they don't hire idiots. - Comfy offices, good chairs, two monitors, and relatively good hardware (Intel i5 @ 3.4 GHz, 8GB of RAM) - Lots of projects to choose from because it's a big company - Processes are well-documented on the internal Confluence
