They pay every invoice late, to get paid at all you have to ring accounts every day The work culture is awful, you are pressured to stay late most days which is very demoralising when you don't know if you'll be paid on time/at all There's no written schedules for projects, so you will quite often be moved onto a new project with an immediate deadline and no warning, leading to regular late finishes and lots of stress The offices are horrible, dirty, only one window for a massive building so very very dark and extremely cold (the room i was in had no heating), they are really unfit for purpose Super low rate of pay in the first instance Complete inflexibility on any remote working when the systems are in place to do so
