Honestly, this company is such a great place to work. The benefits and PTO are amazing, and I love the VTO and Stakeholders bonus program. Management genuinely encourages people to use their time off and maintain a healthy work-life balance instead of making employees feel guilty for taking a break. It’s refreshing to work somewhere that understands people have lives and responsibilities outside of work and really "walk the talk." There are also lots of opportunities to grow and level up in your career, and the overall vibe is super positive. The culture is fun, supportive, and not toxic like a lot of workplaces out there. Leadership genuinely wants people to succeed and always makes employees feel valued. And the CEO is super caring and involved, which you don’t see often. It really feels like a company that invests in its people and wants everyone to win.

Everyone can improve but there really are no cons.

Excellent place of employment. I feel so fortunate to be chosen to work with Fortera. What an exceptional place to work. I LOVE coming to work every day. I do not have the benefits so I cannot comment on that part. The management team is caring and listens to reasonable and truthful questions/suggestions. Obviously, not everything will go the way some want it to, then make remarks that it's an awful place instead of taking ownership.

Some of the staff appear to be less than enthusiastic about being here. I would like to see them leave rather than bring the rest of us down.
