Forterra is honestly one of those rare companies that gets it right. The leadership team is incredible. They’re transparent, down-to-earth, and they actually care about both the mission and the people behind it.
The culture here is also VERY rare for tech. No egos, no politics, no weird startup vibes. Everyone’s humble, helpful, and genuinely enjoys being here. You can tell people truly want to see each other win and are always willing to lend a hand. Leadership takes pride in the culture - they take it VERY seriously. You could be qualified for a role, but if you suck as a person, they won’t bring you on. On the flip side, if they see something in you and want you to join the team, they’ll find a way to make it work.
The team’s full of veterans, so there’s a real sense of purpose and drive. It’s not about hype chasing some flashy IPO to feed egos. People here actually care about the mission.
It’s just a great group of people doing meaningful work in a low-drama, high-trust environment. I feel so lucky to be part of it.
