Well i have to go back 3yrs to remember the pros. In the early days it was truly the best mininig company to work for. Great pay, conditions and people.

The staff chosen for redundancies this year were disgraceful. Employees who had given over 7yrs to build the company up to what it is, with good employment records meaning nothing. While Superintendents picked who they wanted to go and , with comments like 'its a business decission'. I was a true FMG advocate for over 7yrs and am now left with a bitter taste in my mouth.
