Forthea provides digital marketing services at another level when compared to other agencies, especially in Houston. The same is true for how they treat employees. There's really no comparison.

Any con I could bring up had been addressed and resolved in the time I was there.

Forthea produces good work, has defined processes and provides decent work-life balance.

Since 2020 the majority of senior staff have left and were replaced by junior level employees. The company now has a very different vibe and the remaining senior talent is looking to get out. There is inconsistency in how people are treated and a number of broken promises that has reduced morale. Some are required to maintain the 3 days in office hybrid schedule, while others work from home weeks at a time. One person comes and go as they please with little accountability or concern when they disappear after 2pm daily. Don’t even get me started on opportunities for women or how we are treated with a subtle disregard.
