      *Management is very hands off with employees and places a lot of trust in everyone in the team. *Work hours are pretty flexible and people are allowed to work from home. *Leader in the product space of application security *Products are excellent and used in many important parts of the world *Very casual work environment (at least in San Mateo headquarters) *Nice office space at headquarters in San Mateo

      *There isn't a lot of room for advancement since it is a small company. Most people stay in the same role for many years. People have left due to the stagnation in career advancement. *There can be crunch time close to release where people work on weekends and nights *No 401k matching *Bonus/compensation changes are unclear *Lack of a solid standardized process, but this is improving.
